Terms of Use
Welcome to BEL FITNESS. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use BEL FITNESS. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- One person per account; do not impersonate others.
3. Fitness, exercise & nutrition information
- Exercise demonstrations, workout plans, and recommendations are general guidance and may not be appropriate for everyone.
- Nutrition values (including AI meal-scan estimates and food-database results) are approximate and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical, allergy, or dietary-restriction decisions.
- Body-weight and progress information is for personal tracking only.
4. AI Coach & AI-generated content
AI features generate suggestions based on the information available to them. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for informational purposes only. Use judgment and consult professionals for health decisions.
5. Community & user-generated content
- You own the content you create (posts, stories, comments, messages, challenge videos). You grant BEL FITNESS a license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the app.
- You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it.
- You must not post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, or that violates others' rights or privacy.
6. Acceptable use & prohibited conduct
- No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or sharing others' private information.
- No spam, scams, or solicitation; no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- No collecting other users' data or using the app to arrange unsafe or illegal activity.
- Meet partners in public places and never share sensitive personal or financial details.
7. Reporting, blocking & moderation
You can report any post, comment, or user, and block users, directly in the app. We review reports and will remove violating content and eject the users who provide it, typically within 24 hours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the safety of the community. To report content or a safety concern you can also email belfitnessooficial@gmail.com.
8. Intellectual property
BEL FITNESS, its branding, and its software are protected by intellectual property laws. Exercise demonstration content is provided under license from its respective providers. You may not copy, resell, or exploit the app except as permitted by these Terms.
9. Suspension, termination & account deletion
- You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account or via our Account Deletion page.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
10. Service availability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Pricing
BEL FITNESS is currently free to use. We may introduce optional paid features in the future; if we do, we will disclose pricing and obtain any required consent before any charge. No paid features are active today.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEL FITNESS and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or harm arising from your use of the app, the community, or any fitness, nutrition, or AI information. Your sole remedy is to stop using the app.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
